I wrote this right after learning that Brannon died. I originally recorded it on piano to be played at his funeral, but I shortly after decided to develop it and include it on BLT.
The song is designed so that near the end of it you're very uncomfortable and want it to be over - until you're suddenly jolted out of it by the sad but peaceful track that follows
